Steve Kotsenburg was born and raised in Southern California. Steve attended Pierce College and began his real estate career in 1984 specializing in beach front properties. Steve later expanded his activities to include building luxury homes and representing other builders.
In 1996, Steve, his wife Carol Ann and his four children moved to Park City. In addition to pursuing his career in building and selling luxury real estate, Steve and his family became very active in community sports, particularly snowboarding. Steve enjoys youth coaching and remains an active surfer and snowboarder.
Although active in all areas of Park City real estate, Steve especially enjoys working with builders and buyers who are interested in new construction.
